Freedom Fund Inc. is an independent Maryland nonprofit organization advancing transparent election administration, nonpartisan election observation, public education, evidence-based research, and fundamental freedoms in the United States and internationally.
Our Mission
Freedom Fund Inc. advances transparency, accountability, and public understanding of election administration through strictly nonpartisan election-observer training, independent observation, research, public education, and evidence-based reporting.
Our broader educational mission includes freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of religion, freedom of conscience, peaceful expression, and public understanding of cultural, civic, religious, and family institutions that contribute to free and pluralistic societies.

Election observation is broader than what happens inside a polling place. A credible review can examine the legal framework, voter access, polling procedures, election technology, ballot handling, counting, tabulation, transparency measures, dispute-resolution procedures, communications and post-election processes.
Freedom Fund’s institutional role is to evaluate systems and procedures under neutral criteria—not to determine which candidate or political party should prevail.
Freedom Fund is developing a public library for election-observation reports, methodology papers, educational briefings, observer resources and research on fundamental freedoms. Published materials will identify their scope, methodology and evidentiary basis.

Freedom Fund brings together public-interest research, election-observation experience, public-records work and international engagement. Participation in meetings or media events documents dialogue; it does not imply endorsement of another participant’s political views or claims.
Current and recent work includes research on internet voting and election transparency, election-law and institutional questions, public accountability and procurement, public-records research, and referrals requesting independent review by competent institutions.

Freedom Fund Inc. is governed by a board structure and operating policies intended to protect institutional independence, nonpartisanship, responsible use of funds and reliable public reporting.
